My name is DeDe Neill and admittedly I believe I have the best job ever. I spend my days scouring the internet, reading Magazines, visiting my favorite shops, looking for information, waiting to be inspired,…all day dreaming about weddings.  So I can bring to you the latest most up to date information on Goin Bridal.

And yet, like most things in life, the path to get here has been a long and winding road. With big dreams and brief detours along the way. Starting with my opening my very own craft shop at the age of 18, then a gift basket company which eventually introduced me into the floral market and finally balloon decorating.  Flowers and Balloons went hand in hand when it came to weddings. This being my first real introduction to the wedding industry( other than my own), and a really enjoyable time it was.   After many many years of hard work,  not seeing much of my family on weekends,  I sold my wonderful little company, and it was time to move on.

Many years have passed since then with little to no involvement in the wedding industry.  That is until my daughter announced her engagement.  Then the immersion began, I just loved everything about weddings, I just couldn’t get enough, researching the current trends, getting ideas, scouring the internet day in and day out.  Forwarding multiple emails to my daughter daily with a endless array of my latest finds. Her wedding was on 10 May 2008, it was truly a day to remember and I really enjoyed helping her bring it all together. That’s when I decided to stay connected in the wedding industry, and continue on my quest, I started Goin Bridal….a blog for the wedding obsessed bride.

I am forever in search of new ideas, information, tips, inspiration…I write about all things that a bride to be might want to know about weddings.  There are no boundaries for me just as there are no boundaries when it comes to Goin Bridal.
