Its been a busy couple of hours, with me playing around in photoshop designing a Beach theme engagement  party invitation for my daughters friend Sarah.

I am not a graphic designer and have no training what so ever.  I create from what appeals to me, and what I think works well.  Its a heap of fun, I can spend hours upon mucking around trying a whole pile of techniques.  Jumping on you tube and watching a few videos learning a few more tricks every time.  This time was placing the RSVP wording down the side of the message note.   I like that.. pretty cool don’t you think.

Here Sarah’s  guide lines she gave for her engagement party invite.

Color Scheme: Aqua blue, gold and black background
Theme: Beachy, something with shells or flowers
Type: Postcard size.

What do you think..? I’m quite happy with it..  for a first attempt.
I’ve told Sarah she can make as many changes as she wants, I’ll post back what changes she wants to make, and put up the finish product when its ready to go to print.
